- New hires in the PIB Employee Benefits Global team have broadened its expertise and capabilities
- Launch of our new APAC specialism, with key focus on supporting the Japanese and Korean markets
- The team provides a comprehensive service for multinational businesses, from supporting one expat on assignment to the complex benefits of a global corporation
PIB Employee Benefits is continuing to invest in its global capabilities, with the recent creation of an Asia-Pacific (APAC) specialism.
PIB Employee Benefits are global benefits experts, technology consultants, and leaders in protection, risk, healthcare, and workplace savings. The recent growth of the team is designed to meet the complex needs of multinational clients, with a new focus on Japanese and Korean businesses.
The global benefits supplier market is vast, the regulatory landscape complicated, and individual employee expectations are influenced by sociocultural factors and state provision.
That means the Global team is set up to deliver needs of different scales: from support for one expat on assignment to the complex benefits of a global corporation.
“We provide comprehensive benefits support; not only can we support our expatriate and globally mobile clients, but we can also advise and deliver locally when needs arise,” said Head of Global Doug Rice.
“Our new APAC specialism enables us to serve clients within the Japanese and Korean markets specifically. In addition to the considerable international experience in the team, we have a tailored service delivery combining language, unique proposition, and client-centric approach.”
The APAC desk is now set up to support clients in this part of the world, but the team can support clients of any size, based anywhere around the world.
