- Joanne Neary has been promoted to Client Services Director and Sarah Harris has been promoted to Operations Director, effective from 01 January
- The structural changes reinforce PIB’s focus on delivering a client-centric approach, and reflect a commitment to both personal development and future growth plans
PIB Employee Benefits has restructured its leadership team, creating a new Executive Team who will report directly to Managing Director, David Skinner.
The business is also expanding its Senior Leadership Team positions, with the creation of four new roles – many of which are expected to be filled by internal candidates.
David Skinner, Managing Director comments: “We are excited by the opportunities these changes bring, as we realign our business to better serve our clients and their employees. Our global business will continue to thrive under the leadership of Clare Dare, whilst our new Head of Partnerships role will help foster relationships within the industry. I am delighted that both Sarah and Jo have accepted their new roles on the Executive Team, alongside a vacant position for a Sales and Marketing Director. Together we are focused on delivering great client outcomes and expanding our capabilities.”
The new Senior Leadership Team roles will start coming into effect from 01 April 2025.
